And it's very easy. It’s enough to have a phone and basic knowledge about fitness.

There is an abundance of apps that help us lead an active lifestyle, show us 7-min abs videos, simply meal plans or to congratulate us when we hit our daily step count target.

But sometimes it’s hard to get started, to find the right nutritional plan, workout programme and, most importantly, the motivation to keep going.

ABOUT ANASTASIA

Former 9-5 girl who’s completely transformed her life over the last 5 years.

I’ve tried all the diets you can think of, all resulting in just a short-term fix, or no results at all.

My burning desire for fitness and a healthier lifestyle started in 2016 when I made the decision to become a qualified Personal Trainer.

I’ve now had over 4000 hours of one-to-one and group sessions. I’m also fully qualified in pre and post natal training and advanced stretching.
